    • Developed and delivered an ACC-accredited in-house instructor course, awarding T-Prefix certifications to cadre.

    • Delivered 100+ hours of advanced Principles of Instruction training to resolve critical squadron bottlenecks.

  • Intelligence Instructor, MQ-9 Operations (2020 – 2023)

    • Directed 976 instructional hours for ACC’s largest unit-level intelligence program.

Instructional Systems Design & Evaluation

  • Staff Training Needs Assessment (Lee County, FL): Led a team to conduct a needs assessment for i-Ready data analysts; created interactive retraining lessons and a face-to-face lesson plan to improve data interpretation in classrooms.

  • ISD Process Model (Automotive Industry): Conducted a problem analysis for a car dealership, delivering recommendations based on Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation and the ADDIE model.

  • Job Task Analysis: Developed a comprehensive task statement, functions, and KSAs for a Grade 11 English teacher in Jacksonville, FL.

Learning Theory & Cognition

  • Theory Explication: Developed a Likert-scale test for Perceptual Curiosity (inspired by Berlyne) and authored the professional infographic guide: “Igniting Curiosity: A Teacher’s Guide to Fostering Interest”.

  • Scholarly Paper: “The impact of self-determination theory on training interventions and employee performance”.

  • Advanced Lesson Design: Authored “A theoretical leadership approach linking giftedness traits to VIA character strengths,” creating a two-phase interactive lesson and crosswalk reference.

Inquiry & Measurement

  • Research Project: “The role of experiential learning in undergraduate students’ outcomes: Academic success and workforce preparedness.” Developed interview schedules and Qualtrics surveys (inspired by Gallup Q12/NACE) to assess peer barriers and equity in distance learning.
